On July 25, 2019, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) issued an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“ANPR”) to solicit comments regarding the expiration of a provision known as the “GSE patch” and other possible amendments to the CFPB’s Ability to Repay/Qualified Mortgage (“ATR/QM”) Rule. 

DocMagic is continuing our efforts to update programming for standard forms to add dynamic features. As noted in our previous article available here, dynamic signatures allow only the applicable number of signature lines for parties that need to sign to be added to a disclosure or legal document. This is a change from DocMagic’s standard signature block which always displays six signature lines.
