DocMagic is continuing our efforts to update programming for standard forms to add dynamic features. As noted in our previous article available here, dynamic signatures allow only the applicable number of signature lines for parties that need to sign to be added to a disclosure or legal document. This is a change from DocMagic’s standard signature block which always displays six signature lines.
Additionally, DocMagic will be placing dynamic notary and footer information on standard forms, including page numbers. The addition of dynamic features may increase the number of pages for some forms.
To keep customers informed of these changes, including any increase to page count, DocMagic provides a weekly email with notes regarding all form revisions. These updates can also be found on the Forms Update page of DocMagic.com.
