Addition of new Document Type= Renovation Loan Rider applicable to Renovation Loan Rider to Security Instrument (Form ID: US3732.RID).  After update when the Renovation Loan Rider to Security Instrument returns with a mortgage, the mortgage will refer to the rider as "Renovation Loan Rider".   

Update to selection logic for returning the 2020 URLA in packages for testing in production.  Current selection includes logic based on original published effective dates that would return the 2020 URLA as of February 1, 2020 if no indicator was provided to select either the Revised 2009 version or the 2020 version.  Updated logic requires the indicator for the 2020 URLA be provided in order to include it in a package without regard to the application date to facilitate client testing. 

New audit to check if the current balance is provided for the prior lien, when provided, on a VA IRRRL.  The current balance is used to calculate the discount, origination and funding fee amounts. 

Update to the Historical Example tables shown on the Important Terms of Your Home Equity Line of Credit to include the rate for 2020. (Dependent on publication of the January 1 rate by the Federal Reserve.) 

Update to the message for the Impound Account Low Balance Exceeds Cushion audit to correct formatting issues with how the amounts were displayed - remove brackets around amounts and add dollar sign ($). 

Update to the programming for disclosure of fees on the Nevada Disclosure of Fees Earned by Mortgage Company (NVDFEMB.MSC) to display fees paid to lender when the origination type is lender, broker when type is broker, and both when type is correspondent. 

Addition of the Nevada Disclosure of Fees Earned by Mortgage Company (Form ID: NVDFEMB.MSC) to lender Closing, Initial and Forms List packages.   This disclosure was previously only provided to brokers in these packages. 

Removal of Nevada Advance Fee Agreement - Banker (NVAFA2.MSC) from state disclosure packages and instead include the Nevada Advance Fee Agreement (NVAFA.MSC), which is revised to reflect Mortgage Company instead of Mortgage Broker. 

Update to the Iowa Interest Rate Reduction Fee Disclosure (Form ID: IAIRFD.MSC) to remove footnote from the good faith example and loan example which indicates percentage of interest rate reduction.

Update to form selection logic for VA Recoupment and Lender Certification (Cash-Out Refinance) (Form ID: VARLC.MSC) to also use MISMO data point for "GovernmentRefiType" of "InterestRateReductionRefinanceLoan") when provided.
