Updates to Veterans Affairs QM Audit Logic to restrict points and fees checks to only Interest Rate Reduction Refinancing Loans ("IRRRLs"). Aligns with the points and fees test results which indicate only applies to IRRRLs. 

Update to the QM audit which ensures the loan term is less than 30 years, to account for bi-weekly terms which will exceed 360 payments. 

Revision to the NC Permissible Fees audit to include consideration of an Underwriting Fee in the maximum 1/4 of 1% limit. 

Update to the signature logic for Total Estimated Funds Needed to Close to not include Title Only or Non-Title Spouse. 

Update to programming for assigned loan amount on New Mexico Assignment of Mortgage (page 2 amount was pulling Other Lien amount). 

Minor updates to the programming for the North Carolina Loan Modification Agreement (NC5162.LMA).  Updates include adding vesting to borrower names, updating the mapping of the dates used to refer to the prior lien and the lien amounts being modified.   

Update to the programming on the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA.MSC) to display all provided employment.  Currently the programming seeks to limit the display of employment to only the most recent two years, which has in some cases limited the display more than desired.  As a result, DocMagic is updating the programming to simply display all employment information that is provided for the worksheet.   Users will still have an option to apply a limit of no more than two years employment history if desired.  

Update to the logic used in the audit which checks for an LO NMLS ID, to also include a check if there is no LO provided.   

Update the signature logic on the eSign Consent Disclosure form (Form ID: ESDC.MSC), which is included in the eConsent Package automatically, to include signatures for all borrower types: Individual, Cosigner, Title Only, Non-Title Spouse, Officer

Update to the selection logic for the Wisconsin Tax Escrow Notice (WITEN.MSC) to only return when there is an Impound Account in effect on the loan.
