Is there a statute for Missouri as to what a non-borrowing spouse has to sign or can’t sign?

Based on the matrix, it appears that the non-borrowing spouse is required to sign the security instrument and riders. If the non-borrowing spouse is on title, he/she will also need to sign the Notice of Right to Cancel. See this article here.
