New audit to return as a fatal when attempting to process a file with the buydown split between the borrower and other parties as these are not supported.  We are working on supporting split payment buydowns and will post an update as soon as it is available.

Update for the selection of forms based on if the loan has a buydown and who is paying for the buydown. Added forms (TBATPP.MSC, TBALP.MSC, TBABP.MSC) to FHA and VA packages and removed (FHABD.LSR). 

Update to the Connecticut Nonprime audit to exclude HELOC loan types. 

Update to the No Prepay audit to exclude business and non TRID loan types. 

Updating Note Addenda for signature type to be consistent with the request for eNote or Ink Note in the same package. 

Update for the selection of forms in redisclosure packages based on changes from prior disclosures to the loan's rate type or loan type. Redisclosure packages will now include forms which if not provided at the time of initial disclosures, would otherwise not be provided at any point.

Update the page count to be inclusive of the additional acknowledgment for Maryland Power of Attorney. (LPOA.MSC)

Update for instances when a Power of Attorney is used on the California Notice to Cosigner for the POA verbiage to print along with the name on the signature line. (CANTC.MSC)

Update to the Softfont plan feature so that the Loan Originator date is automatically inserted into the date field.
