Audit to update the HOEPA, Section 32, and QM thresholds to the 2024 amounts 

Update to the programming of Texas Second Lien Deed of Trust - MERS (TXSEC.MZD) For the trustee's address to only print in the trustee address section and not under the trustee's name. 

Update to the programming of the Interest Rate Lock Agreement (IRLA3.MSC) to add loan number. 

Updated programming on the Colorado HELOC Deed of Trust (COHESI.HLC, COHESIM.HLC) to update the definition of Public Trustee, similar to the closed end Colorado DOT.  

Update to the programming of Acknowledgment of Receipt of Appraisal Report (ARAR2.MSC, ARAR2.MSC-A), Mortgage Fraud is Investigated by the FBI (FRAUD.MSC), and PMI Initial Disclosure - Fixed (PMIF.DSC) to include a signature line for Co-Signor. The form is currently only including signature lines for borrower(s). 

Added a new audit (NO_PMI_WITH_MI_RENEWAL) that checks if there are renewal rates but no PMI Monthly Amount provided. 

Updates to programming of the VA Request for Determination of Reasonable Value for the cell phone number to list in box 6H if no home phone number is provided.  (261805.VA)

Updates to programming to the Washington HELOC Deed of Trust (WAHESIM.HLC) to use plan features to pull the grantee names. 

Added a new audit (NEW_PMI_MONTHLY_AMT) that checks for the right monthly PMI amount based on what was provided in the renewal rates.
