Update to the programming of the Pennsylvania Acknowledgment (PA.ACK), Pennsylvania Acknowledgment (with RON Language) (PARON.ACK), and Pennsylvania Assignment of Mortgage (PA.AOM) in the "Certificate of Residence of Mortgagee" section to add an option for soft font signature for the mortgagee's representative.  

Update to the programming of the Virginia Notary Pages (VA.ACK, VA.JRT, VARON.ACK, VARON.JRT) to move up the placement of the notary seal label in the certificates.

Update North Carolina Deed of Trust (NC3034.DOT) for Subject address vs Mailing address. If Loan purpose is "Purchase", "Refinance", "RefinanceIncrease" and Owner occupied it will print the property address if the above does not qualify it will print the Borrower's current residence.
