New document created, Halcyon Consent Form as a cover page for the 8821.MSC when requested by the client. Form name HCF8821.MSC for the cover page and 8821 together. 

Update to the USDA Upfront and Annual fee audits to reflect the 2025 amounts of Upfront 1% and Annual of 0.35%. This will apply to both purchase and refinance transactions for the USDA year of 2025. 

Update to the programming of the Uniform Residential Loan Application-Lender Loan Information (URLALLI.MSC) to fill out the "Manner in which Title is held" correctly when selecting "Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship".

Update to the TX Home Equity plans (DSI_TX36S, DSI_TX56S, DSI_TX76S, DSI_TX106S) to turn on audit for A6 fee limits. 

Update to the programming of the VA Cash Out Refinance Disclosure (VAGHLCOF.MSC) to remove HELOC from the calculation on sections: "Payoffs Disbursed, Excluding Mortgages, on Behalf of Borrower(s):" and also the “Home Equity Remaining”

Update to the Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA.MSC) to create Form.Data option to use Credit Applicant Party Name for the borrower. This will enable there to be a different name on the application vs the rest of the documents matching vesting. 

Iowa Notice to Consumer Threshold for 2025 – Update programing on Iowa State Specific Fixed Lien Second Note to trigger the Iowa Notice to Consumer. Effective January 1, 2025, the threshold will be increased to $71,900.Current programming should print when loan amount is LESS THAN threshold amount.
