The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) website recently posted a revised version of the 4506-T form, with an effective date of June 2019. However, DocMagic is postponing a change to the revised version, pending further information from the IRS and our Income Verification Express Services (IVES) partners. 

In order to keep DocMagic software users better apprised of document changes and additions as they occur, DocMagic posts listings of all newly created and revised documents. Here is the list of forms created or modified in July, 2019.
