On February 5, 2019, DocMagic will update the selection logic for the FHA disclosure “For Your Protection: Get a Home Inspection” HUD-92564-CN (DocMagic Form ID: GAHI.FHA). The form currently provides for two borrower signatures. According to guidance from the Federal Housing Administration, each borrower must sign the document, even if the number of borrowers exceed two. To accommodate this requirement, DocMagic will provide additional copies of the form as needed to accommodate additional borrowers.
