On February 5, 2019, DocMagic will update the selection logic for the FHA disclosure “For Your Protection: Get a Home Inspection” HUD-92564-CN (DocMagic Form ID: GAHI.FHA). The form currently provides for two borrower signatures. According to guidance from the Federal Housing Administration, each borrower must sign the document, even if the number of borrowers exceed two. To accommodate this requirement, DocMagic will provide additional copies of the form as needed to accommodate additional borrowers. This would mean, for example, if there are three borrowers, two forms would return to accommodate all borrower signatures.
There is no action needed to be taken by our clients. Once released, users will automatically receive the appropriate number of copies of the form based on the borrower count.
