New Audit for Language Selection to show a fatal error if the language choice is not currently supported. The audit will fire when selecting any language other than English or Spanish and ask that the customer contact customer service to request additional languages. 

Update to the programming of Reconsideration of Value Form to create Form.Data options for customization. Such as: printing the appraiser name or contact name, and loan officer/originator contact email.  

Update to the programming of HELOC Credit Agreements to create an option via Form.Data to remove Virginia Notary Certification language from the last page of the Agreement. Please contact Customer Service to set options. 

Update to the Vermont Permissible Charge Audit on subordinate liens to show that any fees paid to lender are prohibited. 

Update to Virginia permissible charge audit on subordinate liens to show broker fees and lender fees cannot be more than 5% of loan amount.

New Audit for Taxes and Government Recording Fees to check that they are in the correct section based on Uniform Closing Dataset, UCD guidelines. Sample audit verbiage: “[Fee Name] may be in the incorrect Integrated Disclosure Section based on GSE requirements for Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD). The GSE’s suggest that these should be ‘TaxesAndOtherGovernmentFees’”

Updates to the programming of the IVES Request for Transcript of Tax Return (4506C.MSC) which will provide an improved experience when requesting more than one transcript request per borrower.

Update to the South Carolina High-Cost test to apply to all ARM loans that are fully indexed, including HELOC.

Update to the programming of the Privacy Policy Disclosure (PRPD.MSC) on page 1, "Opting out" section to allow all three boxes to be checked in postfill.
