As previously announced, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac (the “GSEs”) jointly published sample interactive Spanish translation aids for each component of the redesigned Uniform Residential Loan Application (“URLA”). The aids are non-executable versions of the updated URLA forms translated into Spanish.
As a reminder, the forms that make up the new URLA, for which the GSEs are providing Spanish translations include:

DocMagic will release the Spanish translation aids to our testing environment on December 17, 2020 and to production by January 21, 2021. The forms will be available to add to packages if clients wish to do so, or for clients to review.
