As part of our continuing efforts to encourage and support fully electronic loan closings, DocMagic is making an update to all of our multistate disclosures. The update enables these forms to dynamically populate the applicable state’s notary certificate (jurat or acknowledgement), including any required electronic or remote notary specific language.
In conjunction with our previously announced updates for dynamic signatures, dynamic footers and dynamic notary certificates on our recordable documents, DocMagic continues to encourage the use of fully electronic closings.
Similar to the updates for dynamic signatures and our recordable documents, DocMagic will make these updates to our multistate disclosures on a rolling basis. As with all form updates, users can keep aware of these updates by following our Form Updates page or our Form Updates emails.
