Audit Update
Description
Modification of the NY prepay audit to ensure any prepayment penalty is based on 12 months or less, to update the applicability of the audit. Applies to 1st lien, fixed rate loans secured by 1-6 family owner-occupied dwelling with an interest rate >6%; 1st lien, ARM loan secured by 1-4 owner-occupied dwelling with a loan amount <$250,000; subordinate-lien loans secured by owner-occupied property.
