Update to the programming for Construction-to-Permanent loans to ensure the "Interest Only" vs. "Principal and Interest" checkboxes are accurately checked depending on when escrow collection begins in either during the construction or permanent phase of the loan.  Update also ensures the correct Interest Only or Principal and Interest amount is displayed.
