Update to Programming Freedom to Choose

Update to the programming of the Freedom to Choose (FTC.MSC) by creating a FORM.DATA, when state is Minnesota, to add additional language at the end of the last bullet point: “The Lender cannot require insurance on real property in an amount exceeding the replacement cost of the improvements.”
