As part of our regular maintenance of forms, DocMagic is making an update to forms that are modeled on now retired Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Uniform Instruments. The update will consist of removing “Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Instrument” or “Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Modified Instrument” from the footer information as applicable since these are no longer published as uniform instruments by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
The update will be applied to multistate and state-specific versions of the following forms, including any Spanish translations:
- Biweekly Notes and Riders: Forms 3177, 3178, 3264 and 3265
- Cost of Funds Index (COFI) ARM Notes and Riders: Forms 3120, 3124, 3510 and 3511
- ARM Notes and Riders: Forms 3267, 3512, 3517, 3524, 3129, 3135, 3152, 3153, 3154, 3155, 3176, and 3184
- Loan Modification Agreement: Form 3162 Step Interest Rate
- Certificate of Deposit Index ARM Notes and Riders: Forms 3515 / 3133 and 3516/3134
