Update to Agency Addresses for ECOA and Adverse Action Notices
As previously announced, the CFPB published a final rule making non-substantive changes to various federal regulations, including the agency address information in Regulation B, Appendix A and Regulation V, Appendix K. The final rule became effective on April 19, 2023, with changes to these items mandatory by March 20, 2024.
DocMagic updated the form, Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (Form ID: SYRUFCRA.MSC), with current federal agency contact information as provided in the final rule on April 20, 2023. The model version of this form is found in Regulation V, Appendix K.
