To provide additional support for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Section 184A Native Hawaiian Housing Loan Guarantee Program (“ Section 184A”), DocMagic has made additional forms related to Section 184A loans available to select from forms inventory.
The Section 184A program is available for Native Hawaiians on owner-occupied single-family dwellings located on Hawaiian homelands. It was created to provide a 100% guarantee of the unpaid principal and interest due on an eligible loan.
The following forms have been added to the generic loan program for Section 184 loans (DSI_184). The forms will be available to select from the forms list when the subject property is selected as Hawaii.
