As announced on May 19, 2021 by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae (the GSEs), the implementation date of the Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Phase 1 critical edits changed from May 31 to July 31, 2021. In preparation for the changes, DocMagic created a series of audits to assist with ensuring compliance with the GSEs’ Critical Uniform Closing Dataset (UCD) Edits program that were released to our production environment May 31st:
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit that requires identification of the Automated Underwriting System Name.
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit to ensure either an Appraised Value or Estimated Value is provided.
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit to ensure a Disbursement Date is provided.
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit to ensure a Closing Date is provided.
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit that requires the Appraisal Order Identifier to conform to UCD specifications, only allowing a 10-digit alpha-numeric string.
- Feature (UCD): New Data Validation audit to ensure a Closing Disclosure Issue Date is provided.
