Gavias Blockbuider Lori Johnson
Lori Johnson serves as DocMagic’s chief operating officer (COO), a role she stepped into in July 2024 after playing a key role in the company’s growth as director of client services. As COO, Lori is responsible for achieving company business objectives as well as leading initiatives focused on operational excellence and client success.
Lori is widely recognized for her strategic and operational leadership, earning multiple industry awards over the past several years, including HousingWire’s Insiders Award and Mortgage Profession America’s Elite Women in Mortgage Award. In 2022, Lori was listed by Progress in Lending as one of the Most Powerful Women in Fintech.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and deep expertise in eMortgage solutions, Lori combines visionary leadership with a dedication to client success. Prior to joining DocMagic, she co-founded and served as president of Document Express, Inc., leading it through its acquisition by DocMagic.
Lori is an honors graduate of Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics.
